Round two with Boot Camp and Windows 10 64 bit. So now I am back to the factory settings with the SSD first and the Spindle drive second in my logical volume group. Well following this 3rd party blog helped me recreate the Fusion Drive. I basically had two separate disks (1TB and 24GB SSD) instead of a logical fusion drive. Bad idea!! So Windows installed then nuked my OS X install (grin). Next I deleted and recreated the partition to help the Windows OS find the partition. I saw a message stating that "the partition could not be found" while formatting the Boot Camp partition. I am not sure if this was a fluke or not so I am sharing the experience for safe measure.įor some reason Windows 10 would not install with Boot Camp the way I am accustom to. I recently had a whopping good time getting Windows 10 installed on my late 2015 iMac 5K display with fusion drive.
